AIA has announced the opening of the national Call for Volunteers to fill vital roles on AIA national committees and groups. The Call provides members the opportunity to review the needs and requirements of a variety of groups and committees in the AIA, and to submit their information to those committees for consideration. Based on the individual committee needs, there may be single or multiple committee group openings. The portal opened May 1, 2026 for review of openings. All submissions must be in by June 15th. This is a great way for AIA members at the local or state level to become engaged with others outside of your geographic area, but within your same interest areas.

On May 27, 2026, AIA will host a Volunteer Interest Call. In addition to infomration on the more than 70 committees, the registration for the call can be found on the call provided above.
