Event Description: AIA Youngstown will be touring the recently completed renovations to the Mahoning County Law Library at the historic Mahoning County Courthouse. The project included the renovation and restoration of the existing Law Library. The space features new state-of-the-art conference rooms with refurbished original furniture and restored terrazzo flooring

About AIA Youngstown
AIA Youngstown was formerly known as AIA Eastern Ohio. The chapter is located in the northeastern corner of Ohio and is the smallest chapter in both area and membership in Ohio. AIA Youngstown is one of the seven chapters that make up AIA Ohio. The chapter was chartered with the American Institute of Architects on March 21, 1930, and was incorporated in the State of Ohio as a nonprofit organization on April 26, 1955. AIA Eastern Ohio originally included 14 counties. AIA Akron was established in 1968 as a separate chapter leaving the remaining 3 counties as AIA Eastern Ohio. In 2020, the chapter changed its name and was officially approved by the Institute Secretary as AIA Youngstown.
